We provide cheeses and accoutrements made fresh to order in Ellijay, Georgia.

At Mountaintown Cheeses, we make all of our cheeses with love and other ingredients of only the finest quality.

Our goal is to make only the finest products that make our customers happy and want to smile and say “CHEESE” !!!

We are currently selling two types of pimento cheese: Regular and Spicy. We are also currently selling two different methods: by the case (12 jars per case) and by the pound (8lbs per batch).
